  • We ship from New Jersey and there is no sales tax for medical device like wheelchairs.

  • Depending on frequency of use, most of customers charge their wheelchair once a month.

  • The chair is not water/weatherproof so we don't recommend use in inclement weather, safety first! Some customers use an oversize rain poncho that drapes around the chair to keep it dry in light rain or drizzle.

  • Yes, but call the airline for wheelchair flying instructions as some airlines will require you to remove the batteries or instruct you to either check the wheelchair in as luggage. Consult with the airline to determine their procedure or process. Airline rules and procedures are constantly changing so we instruct you to call your airline ahead of time.
