Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the device you purchased from us [ Sentire Med™] , you can return your order item back to us within 45 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
If product returned show damage or significant or obvious wear and tear then your refund could be further impacted with a restocking fee or other fees.

All returns must be packaged securely with all the original contents in the box as received
We are unable to honor return requests after 45 days from the date of purchase as shown on your order invoice.

Ensure that you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning your order. Orders returned without a RMA number may be deemed invalid and will not receive a refund. Email help@sentiremed.com to request a return authorization prior.
If you decide to return a product, the mailing date should be no later than 45 days after the shipping date.
Customers are liable for all return ship costs to Sentire Med for returns processed or authorized by Sentire Med™

Note: the returns policy will not apply if a Sentire Med device has been modified or damaged, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of Sentire Med . In such case, you will be billed for the full amount of the device.

Product Warranty

Our devices have a full 12 month warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. The guarantee will not be valid if a Sentire Med device has been modified or damaged by the user, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of Sentire Med. Other terms apply, all returns are according to Sentire Med terms and conditions.
